How to make the Protein Pancake Mix
- Scoop 50g of powder into a mixing bowl.
- Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.
- Heat a non‐stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
- Using a large spoon or scoop, drop 3 even lots of pancake mix into the pan.
- Cook on first side for 2 minutes before flipping over using a spatula.
- Cook for a further 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with a choice of toppings.

Best pancake mix
Imagine shake and bake pancake mix but in a bag! This is the simplest breakfast which is a great option for getting your protein in! I just throw two scoops in a small bowl add water till you get a pancake batter consistency and either add to a frying pan or waffle iron!
