These low-gluten oats have been rolled into flat flakes which mean they are perfect for making traditional porridge or used in baking such as low-gluten flapjacks.

Our oats are packed with carbohydrates which help to support the recovery process after exercise.1 They also provide a source of fibre and 11g of protein which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.2

  1. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. To enjoy your low-gluten oats in the morning as porridge, simply mix one scoop (50g) with 200ml of water or plant-based milk, and cook for 2 minutes in a microwave. Based on 800W microwave. Caution: Product will be hot.
