These low-gluten oats have been rolled into flat flakes which mean they are perfect for making traditional porridge or used in baking such as low-gluten flapjacks.
Our oats are packed with carbohydrates which help to support the recovery process after exercise.1 They also provide a source of fibre and 11g of protein which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.2
- Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

When to enjoy the Low Gluten Quick Oats?
To enjoy your low-gluten oats in the morning as porridge, simply mix one scoop (50g) with 200ml of water or plant-based milk, and cook for 2 minutes in a microwave. Based on 800W microwave. Caution: Product will be hot.
